Tell Back Time

                              

How memory works is investigated in this video that investigates the experience of revisiting a familiar place and how memory works. The monologue in the video is based on an interview with the current owner of a house often revisited by its former inhabitants. The imagery shows a reconstruction of an environment that is similar but not identical to the house and the images take on the form of a mental landscape at the same time that they are an attempt to understand what the place really looked and felt like at different times.
